The objective of this examination is to identify bioinformatics professionals. This will help potential employers in recruitment of candidates having exceptionally good Bioinformatics skill.

6.    The rate of scholarship shall be Rs. 1000/- P.M. at Graduation level for first three years of the higher courses and Rs. 2000/- P.M. at Post-Graduate level. Students pursuing professional courses shall get Rs. 2000/- P.M. in 4th and 5th year. The scholarship shall be paid for 10 months during an academic year.
7.    The students availing any other scholarship are not eligible to avail this scholarship.
8. Stipend and employment: You will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000 or more depending on your work experience and suitability for the fellowship. Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal, a Premier sectoral Management Institute, invites applications for one year M.Phil. Programme in Natural Resource Management (Award of degree by Saurashtra University, Rajkot) Commencing from July, 2012. With a focus on climate change, the programme comprises of class work, field work, seminar, study tour (National as well as abroad) and dissertation.

Eligibility: Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or its equivalent, recognized by an Indian University or Association of Indian Universities with the minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-Non creamy/ PD) in aggregate in the field of Science / Engineering / Management and related Social Sciences (as decided by equivalence committee of the institute). Selection Process: For in-service officers, the application should be forwarded through proper channel which will be screened at the institute for direct interview. Candidates possessing UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET Certificate or PGDFM from IIFM with a minimum of 3.0 OGPA shall also be exempted from written test and be directly called for interview. Others have to qualify a written test conducted by the institute. The cutoff score of the test will be decided by the institute and shall have three components namely English ability, analytical ability and Natural Resource Management aptitude.

A candidate with a valid GATE scores above a threshold (to be decided by the selection committee) in his / her own subject would be directly called for interview. However, such candidates are required to apply in the prescribed application form.
8.2-Year M.Tech. in Quality, Reliability and Operation Research: i) Masters Degree in Statistics or Master’s Degree in Mathematics with Probability and Statistics as major subjects or Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology or Equivalent or PG diploma in SQC & OR from the Indian Statistical Institute and ii)Knowledge of Mathematics at Graduate level and knowledge of Physics and Chemistry at Higher Secondary Level.
